Grant McILwaine
GM Property Services is built on core values of integrity, pride, teamwork, and accountability, aiming to deliver high-quality services that ensure customer satisfaction. With a passion rooted in his childhood, owner Grant McILwaine transformed his love for heavy equipment and hard work into a business dedicated to property maintenance. Spending summers at his grandfather’s sawmill ignited his interest in machinery, leading him to earn a dual degree in heavy equipment mechanics and operation. After a successful career in service management, Grant identified a niche in the property services industry. He founded GM Property Services to offer homeowners reliable, exceptional, and affordable solutions.
