That spark led to a dual degree in heavy equipment mechanics and operation, laying the groundwork for a career built on technical skill and strong work ethic.

Before launching GM Property Services, Grant spent years in service management roles, gaining a deep understanding of what makes a project run smoothly — and what makes customers feel truly cared for. He saw a gap in the market: too many contractors overpromised and underdelivered. He knew he could offer something better.

So he did.

Today, Grant brings a unique mix of technical know-how, leadership, and boots-on-the-ground experience to every project. He’s not just managing crews — he’s on site, in the machine, and in constant communication with clients to ensure every detail is done right.
